Families are a part of our unit of care. Learning
to work together with them as a team will make everyones job
easier. This course includes:
- What the five stages of grieving are, and how families experience
them
- How working cooperatively with families can make your job easier
- How family challenges can affect the way family members relate to
you
- Simple, non-technical ways to help family members cope
- How to begin developing a genuine caring partnership with every
family member
