Caring for medically fragile people whose needs and conditions change constantly is a stress inducing profession. The attendee will be able to more efficiently cope with these
responsibilities by taking better care of their own emotional and physical needs that are compromised by job related stress. The attendee will be better able to manage their stress, prevent job burnout, and as a result run a more efficient facility and provide
better client care and supervision.
